A “Jill-of-many-skills,” Bell’s career journey includes business operations, corporate training, higher education, and creative agency settings. Her career shifts are fueled by a passion to blend creative storytelling, project management skills, and problem solving to meet business goals while fostering an inclusive work environment. As a mentor, Bell promotes the “Graceful Leadership” approach in which self-awareness, effective communication, confidence, and empathy combine to help teams be their best.
