Precious Stepney is a Duke Health-trained Health and Wellness Coach, trauma-informed yoga instructor, and founder of Body Mind Stretch a somatic wellness practice. With over 20 years of executive leadership experience in behavioral health and public service, she bridges evidencebased practices with holistic wellness to support sustainable transformation in individuals and organizations.
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and current MSW candidate at the UNC School of Social Work, Precious integrates somatic therapies, mindfulness, and project management systems thinking into her work with professionals navigating high-stress environments. She has designed and facilitated wellness experiences for students, educators, nonprofits, and corporate teams.
