Keynote Title: Agile Isn’t Dead—But Your Playbook Might Be

Abstract: Agile began with a bold promise: faster delivery, empowered teams, and better outcomes. But for many organizations, the focus shifted—from outcomes to process, from agility to ceremony. The result? Imitation over adaptation. Teams were told, “Do what they did and you’ll get what they got.” But it didn’t work. In this experience-driven keynote, we’ll unpack why 70–80% of agile transformations fall short—and what it takes to reclaim the promise. The problem isn’t the principles. It’s the playbook. You’ll walk away with a clear path to stop doing agile and start becoming agile—in a way that fits your people, your priorities, and your path forward. It’s time to move from frustration to execution—on your terms.
