Abstract:

In today's fiercely competitive global business arena, etiquette and protocol intelligence distinguishes one businessperson from another. Good manners and awareness of others' cultural protocol give you that extra polish. This presentation, shows you how to project the courtesy, image, and trust necessary for developing and maintaining business, negotiating the deal, and /or building teamwork. From dining with aplomb to polished 30 second elevator speech, Outclass the Competition covers all the rules of protocol any businessperson needs to shine.

Workshop Description:

Paulette D. Motley has over 25 years in the insurance, telecommunications, and banking industries. She is an experienced Senior Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in information technology and industries listed above. Paulette is skilled in Business Process, Service Delivery, Requirements Analysis, an ITIL Expert, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). A strong program and project management professional who is an MBA graduate from Monmouth University.

Paulette is the President of Power of Protocol and shares her social and corporate/business etiquette, international protocol and executive communication skills to businesses and individuals nationwide.   She is a certified consultant from The Protocol School of Washington, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). 

Paulette has presented etiquette and protocol seminars and briefings to 100s of people worldwide.  She has served as the Regional Protocol Chair of the Jack and Jill of America, Inc.  She has provided protocol training to students in 'People to People', The School of Hospitality Leadership at East Carolina University, Girl / Boy Scouts, and the Boys & Girls Club. Paulette was the previous author of a column Protocol & Etiquette Q&A for the Cary Christian School’s website and Tea & Etiquette for The Pearls of NJ.
