She is a certified consultant from The Protocol School of Washington, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Paulette has presented etiquette and protocol seminars and briefings to 100s of people worldwide. She has served as the Regional Protocol Chair of the Jack and Jill of America, Inc. She has provided protocol training to students in 'People to People', The School of Hospitality Leadership at East Carolina University, Girl / Boy Scouts, and the Boys & Girls Club.
