Abstract:
The mock interview provides a professional opportunity to practice interview skills and help perfect techniques to prepare and strategize for future interviews. During our careers we must continually grow and reinvent ourselves to become available for new opportunities. This event will pair interviewee with two interviewers, one from an HR/Career Coaching perspective and one from a management perspective. Working with these professionals and getting feedback will enable participants to learn where their strengths lie and where they may need work to improve their performance

Preparation:
- Prepare for the session by researching your company/industry of interest.
- Investigate and identify the most common industry traits sought (analytical skills, communication skills, business knowledge and problem solving).
Top Five Interview Questions:
- Tell me about yourself.
- What Salary are you expecting?
- Tell me about a time a project did not go well.
- Tell me about a time when the project communications did not go well.
- What was the biggest project you have managed?
