Abstract:
Not many job seekers understand the recruiting process and how companies go about hiring. Throw in the latest advancement in recruiting, the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence), and you will find most job seekers are lacking in the understanding of an affective job search strategy.
This presentation focuses on several areas of the recruiting process and helps candidates better understand the big picture when it comes to how companies recruit and hire in the quickly changing world of AI. After participating in this presentation, you should be a more competitive candidate and you will be better prepared to capture the attention of a potential employer using AI.

Ed Kato, MBA, PMP
For thirty-seven years Ed Kato has been working in the field of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Career Coaching and Project Management. He is President and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant with Atlantic Talent Acquisition Consultants, Inc. (ATAC) and he is an Adjunct Executive Career Coach with the Poole College of Management Career Center at North Carolina State University. Ed’s credentials include an MBA from NC State University, he is PMP certified, and he was PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certified for 22 years. Ed works with organizations that hire professional and technical level candidates across the United States and he consults with clients regarding assisting them in developing a talent acquisition strategy and/or an HR management strategy. Ed also consults with working professionals as a Career Coach and works with them to develop a career strategy that guides them to their career goals.
