Abstract:
We seem to be running into hybrid work, hybrid frameworks, hybrid methodologies, etc., at every turn of the corner. The confluence of all of these factors impacts the way we lead, manage and relate to people at all levels. Covid has brought this into view as never before. Fortunately there are lessons learned and techniques that we can use going forward to address the challenges this hybrid world presents.

Bio:
Mara Saltz, MBA, PMP, CSM, uses value-based and traditional project management and market / product assessment expertise to advance growth agendas. She has over 20 years’ experience gained from technology, matrixed and data driven firms such as Accenture, GE, S&P Global (formerly McGraw Hill) Platts, Wood Mackenzie. In her spare time, Mara has served on various boards and committees, and has taught project management and business courses at Houston-based colleges and universities. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BFA from the California College of Arts.
