This event is for students who have ever wondered whether PM is "for them", whether they come from computer science, electrical engineering, civil engineering, engineering management, or something else entirely. Students will hear directly from professionals who started as a literature major, a military officer, an electronics engineer in India, and a mechanical engineer, and who all ended up leading complex, high-stakes projects in roles that demand far more than a certification.
The conversation will cover what project management genuinely demands of a person, not just a professional, the skills that actually matter on day one, what school doesn't prepare any individual for, and what they can start building right now, before they graduate. Whether they're exploring PM as a career path or already set on it, the participants will leave with a clearer picture of what the job really looks like, and a more honest answer to the question: what does it actually take?
