Abstract:
Meetings are the bane of everyone’s work existence and are expensive. Rabbit holes, compulsive contributors dominating, unprepared attendees, uninvolved participants, forgotten or rehashed decisions. It can be a wasted investment.

Join us to better understand how to facilitate a meeting people will love by learning how to:
- Articulate strong meeting purpose
- Facilitate meetings with a question agenda
