NCPMI Annual Conference Interest Meeting: Call for Volunteers for the NCPMI Annual Conference Core Planning Team!

NCPMI is celebrating its 35th Anniversary in 2020! Be a part of a special year event!  Join us for an overview of the Annual Conference Team volunteer roles and responsibilities.  Learn more about what is involved in planning the AC and how you can be a part of the journey!  Be a leader or an individual contributor based on your availability and interest.

Plan and deliver the August 17th, 2020 Annual Conference. If you are interested in sharing your talents, expanding your professional network, and giving back to the profession, please consider joining the team that produces one of the "Premier" PMI Chapter Events! The following Lead roles need to be filled:

Annual Conference Director or Co-Director

Volunteer Coordinator Lead

Speaker Lead

Sponsor Lead

Activity Lead

Facilities and Food Lead

Ambassadors Lead

Social Media and External Communications Lead

Student Ambassador (3)

Note:  A Volunteer must be a member in good standing with PMI and NCPMI and sign the confidentiality and code of ethics agreement. Core Team volunteers are expected to attend monthly chapter meetings, participate in social media campaigns throughout the year, attend the monthly planning meetings in person, encouraged to be information ambassadors for the conference at your place of employment, attend volunteer training, be present at the August 16th set up day and August 17th day of conference at the RCC.
