Agile CoP: Using AI to Spark Collaboration, Not Chaos

AI tools can dramatically accelerate design and innovation—but they also surface unexpected challenges in team dynamics, communication, and stakeholder expectations. In this interactive workshop, participants will experience the power of AI-assisted prototyping firsthand in a collaborative, hands-on environment. Working in small groups using an AI prototyping tool to see first hand just how quickly ideas can take shape.

Next, we'll introduce realistic scenarios that mirror challenges teams are facing after using AI-generated outputs. These scenarios are designed to provoke discussion around human interactions, ethical considerations, and communication breakdowns that often arise with AI-created artifacts (ex: appearing more “finished” than they truly are.)

Through facilitated discussion and reflection, participants will explore how to balance AI’s speed and efficiency with the human judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills required for successful project outcomes. Attendees will leave with practical insights into using AI as an enabler of shared understanding—rather than a source of misalignment or unintended pressure.
