Title:  Ubuntu is a Boon to Any Business

Abstract:
Dive into the transformative power of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace as seen through the lens of Ubuntu. Learn how fostering an inclusive culture cultivates authenticity and enhances productivity, innovation, and overall business performance. Learn how we are all allies to each other so that business can happen and the dangers that lie in any one of us not thinking in terms of allyship.

Learning Objectives
1) Understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in fostering an authentic and high-functioning work culture.
2) Learn how diversity positively impacts business outcomes, including productivity, innovation, and employee satisfaction.
3) See through the lens of lifting others and being a good ally.
4) Measure your "starting point" within corporate settings so you can determine how much of a gap needs to be jumped and how much voice you start with.

Our Future is Kind president, Michael G. Neece, is a visionary leader who has significantly impacted five diverse industries. With a track record of success in leadership roles in traditional corporate settings, martial arts studios, and planetariums, he leverages his unique perspectives to benefit others.

His book "In Kind: Consciously Craft a Meaningful Life and Career" provides a roadmap for career success for those starting out, starting over, or in dire need of a kinder workplace…and life. Neece believes in teaching others to use the power of kindness to build the future we want to live in.
