Title:  9 Boxes of Life: Discovering Your Life and Work

Abstract:

Wondering where our work life and personal life start and end? Is there such a thing as work life balance? With access to technology in this 24/7 world, and the lines blurring between work life and personal life, how do we create a life that is optimal to bring out our best?  This will be an uplifting conversation in identifying what brings us joy, brings out our best, and how having 9 full boxes in our lives make a positive impact on both our work life and personal life.

Objective:

Prioritizing personal and work

Centering on the best of one’s self
