 Abstract:   

"Leaders don't create followers, they create more leaders." - Tom Peters. Building and maintaining high performance leadership is important to ensure organization longevity and success.  These leaders are required to capture our imagination, motivate us, create succession plans, assist with team direction and ultimately create other leaders to ensure the organization mission is achieved. 

This presentation focuses on the Toastmasters High Performance Leadership self study program. The speaker will present the result of his yearlong self study program (June 2 2016-July 30, 2017) to build and maintain high performing leadership team within the club. He will explain his leadership experience, journey with six team members, tools and techniques used, success, recommendations and lessons learned

2. Aligning project goals with Stake holder and organizations goals.

3. Feedback –Getting and Giving Feedback

4. Re-evaluate leadership and team.

About the Speaker: 

Donovan, MBA, MPM, PMP, Is a manufacturing executive, certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and the current EVP for North Carolina Chapter of the Project Management Institute (NCPMI).He has extensive project and program management experience. Since 2002 Donovan has successfully managed multiple projects from initiation to closing.

5. PMPs are required to provide their PMI numbers in order that their PDUs can be reported
6. Please arrive on time in order that the meeting can start promptly
7. Please leave the facility in equal or better condition than you found it
