Higher Education CoP – What Does it Take to Run a Presidential Election?

Jen Moreci is a dedicated product professional with 7+ years of experience in product marketing and product management focused roles. She has a passion for the product discovery process, specializing in new product definition and introduction (0-1 product management). Jen is currently Senior Product Manager of Voting Systems at Hart InterCivic, a leading provider of election technology. During her tenure, Jen has focused on the definition, development, and commercialization of Hart's next generation voting technology, including the development of 5 new hardware products, 3 new software applications, and updates to 4 core existing software solutions. Prior to her time at Hart InterCivic, Jen managed new technology implementations in the construction industry and served in product roles bringing hybrid-electric powertrain technology to semi-trucks. She holds both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.

Pam Geppert is the VP of Product Management for Hart InterCivic, a top-tier voting technology provider. Pam has worked in elections for over 25 years, starting her career at the Travis County Clerk’s Office in Austin, Texas. During her time at Hart, she has overseen elections projects in multiple states, including statewide projects in the States of Hawaii and Oklahoma. Pam has a BA in government from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC – Chapel Hill. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Elections and Registration Vendor (CERV), and has achieved the PMC-V designation from Pragmatic Marketing.
