Kyle Mankes is an Enterprise IT Project Manager with the City of Raleigh. Kyle has nearly thirty years of experience in IT and became a certified Project Manager in 2013. He is a respected, versatile, progressive-thinking information technology professional with a proven track record as a people leader and technical project manager. He uses his broad knowledgebase to optimize workflow and enhance relationships between teams and systems. In his leisure time, Kyle is rebuilding a sailboat which is plans to launch in 2025. He enjoys spending time with this two Border Collies, his family, and friends.
