You must watch the on-demand webinar here prior to attending this live question and answer event. These sessions will be free for NCPMI Members and hosted online via ZOOM

Webinar Overview:

Do you truly understand why your team uses Scrum? When your team first decided to adopt Scrum, they were likely trying to address a specific problem. Perhaps they struggled to reliably deliver to customers, or maybe they were frustrated by endless requirements documents and exhausting death marches. No matter the reason, the move to Scrum was likely met with both excitement and fear.

  • How to create a culture of learning and feedback by focusing on the why behind Scrum - inspection and adaptation rather than only the framework and practices
  • Solid and renewed understanding of the importance of feedback loops in product development

Webinar Overview:

Are you managing" or being managed" by your stakeholders? Giving your stakeholders what they want is difficult enough but if you do not understand them even more so. If you don’t have a better idea of what makes them tick you will not be able to manage them. To truly be effective on complex teams or in complex partnerships, it requires a level of stakeholder analysis and management that most people are not prepared for. What is the worst that can happen? They will never work with you again! Ouch, that can be a career buster for sure. How do you deal with a multitasking, scene-stealing, micromanager?
