ABSTRACT:
Getting PDU's by learning about Project Risk Management can be a lot of fun.  Come join us as we work in teams, Networking, Knowledge Sharing and Exploring the story of the Titanic from a Project Risk Management view point. We'll cover the basics of a Risk Register then use it as we create a Risk Breakdown structure using the Titanic's Lessons as our Risk Categories then drill down to populate the Risk Checklist with our own project experience. Everyone will make new friends, have fun, and bring lots of Risk Management Lessons to take home.

 

We also discuss upcoming changes with the Sixth Edition of PMBOK
