Virtual Workshop Series Part II presented by Apex Systems with Live Q & A: The Why Behind Scrum with Steven Granese– Workshop 6

Abstract:

NCPMI in partnership with Apex System is offering a Virtual Workshop Series on Time Management and Communications for All Practitioners. You must watch the on-demand webinar here prior to attending this live question and answer event. These sessions will be free for NCPMI Members and hosted online via ZOOM

Webinar Overview:

Do you truly understand why your team uses Scrum? When your team first decided to adopt Scrum, they were likely trying to address a specific problem. Perhaps they struggled to reliably deliver to customers, or maybe they were frustrated by endless requirements documents and exhausting death marches. No matter the reason, the move to Scrum was likely met with both excitement and fear.

  • How to create a culture of learning and feedback by focusing on the why behind Scrum - inspection and adaptation rather than only the framework and practices
  • Solid and renewed understanding of the importance of feedback loops in product development

This workshop will be held for one hour 12pm – 1pm EST on the following date:

August 4th

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. This will be a live question and answer session facilitated by Apex Systems, one of our NCPMI Chapter sponsors.  You can earn a total of 1 PDU and you will need to self-report.  By registering, you agree to share your contact information with the facilitator.
