In this session, we will discuss the importance of vision casting to earn stakeholder trust and buy-in.  Good communication will strengthen and build teams for greater goal attainment. Essential to this process is open and honest communication. Learn how to improve your communication skills by incorporating simple techniques. Learn how to employ team collaboration to empower and foster a working environment conducive to growth in productivity. Today's world needs leaders who model Respect|Integrity|Service and Excellence and actively develop others to become leaders. Learn how to influence, then lead with courage and compassion without being bossy.
