In this session, Parash will lead the discussion on looking at ourselves to identify who we truly are, how we can develop ourselves as a better human by achieving Personal Mastery and how it is applicable with Project Management.  He will delve into the meaning of personal mastery which offers techniques to help achieve the things you want in life, such as material (through work performance), emotional or spiritual gain.  The information shared by Parash derives from science and many anecdotes including his personal development journey.
