This workshop will help you recognize, and identify the Perils & Pitfalls of Decision-Making; and make you aware of the Decision-Contamination, and Decision-Manipulation. Finally, we will get an insight into Analytical Decision-Making, as a remedy. We will also present the tools, and techniques, available to make decisions that are timely, consistent, optimal, and defensible. The greatest misunderstanding about negotiating is that it is adversarial in nature.
