Speech Abstract: In this speech, we will explore the often-overlooked benefits of boredom in our lives and how it can be used as a signal for change. As project managers, we often find ourselves stuck in a rut, feeling complacent and unfulfilled. By identifying boredom as a signal for change, we can take steps to pursue our purpose and find fulfillment in our work. We will delve into the importance of exploring our feelings of fulfillment and how to believe in our purpose, even when the going gets tough. By implementing these three key points, we can conquer complacency and achieve our goals with renewed passion and purpose.
