Communications and Public Speaking: "How to Effectively Reverse Engineer Your Goals and Dreams"

Virtual Meeting

Title of Speech:

"How to Effectively Reverse Engineer Your Goals and Dreams"

Speech Abstract:

In “How to Effectively Reverse Engineer Your Goals and Dreams,” we delve into a clear, step-by-step approach for turning aspirations into reality.

By starting from your ultimate goals and working backward, you identify key priorities, create meaningful metrics to track progress, build supportive habits, and develop essential skills, all while shaping an identity aligned with your desired future.

This structured method ensures each action aligns with your bigger vision, empowering you to pursue your dreams with clarity and focus.

Learning Objectives:

  1. How to get clarity on measurable long-term goals and break them down into actionable quarterly goals.
  2. How to identify and stay focused on your top 3 priorities to achieve those goals.
  3. How to identify and track both metrics and habits to ensure momentum and consistent alignment and realignment with those goals.

At age 2, my father passed away in a car accident. At age 26, after getting into a nearly fatal car accident myself, I questioned everything I was doing in life.  Filled with pain, regret, and confusion, I searched for answers and finally found what I'd been missing all this time, Holistic Self-Improvement.
Today I'm grateful to lead a global team of 16 individuals as the Founder and CEO of Next Level University, a Global Top 100 Holistic Self-Improvement Podcast with over a million listens in more than 175 countries.
As a Coach, Trainer, and Podcaster, I believe in a heart-driven but NO BS approach to achieving both external success AND internal fulfillment, and I'm excited to help you and your community get to the Next Level of their life, love, health, and wealth.

Agile CoP: Effective Retrospective

Virtual Meeting – Conferencing details will be distributed prior to the meeting

In this session, we will learn to refocus our retrospectives into positive experiences that celebrate what we do well and encourage our teams to keep progressing and getting better.  Our teams need to understand that while they may not be perfect, are we better now than where we were 6 months ago, 9 months ago, and 12 months ago. Let’s recognize and celebrate that.  And by doing that, we continue to be inspired so that 6 months from now, 9 months from now, and even 12 months from now, our teams continue their growth and continuous improve.
