Our teams need to understand that while they may not be perfect, are we better now than where we were 6 months ago, 9 months ago, and 12 months ago. Let’s recognize and celebrate that. And by doing that, we continue to be inspired so that 6 months from now, 9 months from now, and even 12 months from now, our teams continue their growth and continuous improve. |
