In a nutshell, Digital Transformation (DX) is all about data. Whether you are using it to make business decisions or selling it for a profit, data is the output of value from our digital world. We’ve doubled the amount of it over the last two years and we get it from places we never thought possible (think IoT). We can’t handle all this data but computers can. Computers can use it to “learn” and we can tell the computers what we want them to “learn”. But do we really know how to use this data. Do we really know what to direct the computers to learn? Do we really know what is valuable and what isn’t?
