NCPMI in partnership with SoftEd is offering the Reboot Your Transformational Skills series. These free sessions will be hosted online via ZOOM by David Mantica and his associates.

Abstract

People are social beings. Project managers are responsible for the social interactions of those they lead. In fact, their role may better be described as “People” Managers instead of “Project” Managers. If the people are managed, the project gets done. With the pandemic, the challenge to manage people is even harder. But social distancing is NOT the way to do it.
