The world is opening up fully again after more than 2 years of lockdowns and restrictions – how do we make sure that we’re successful in a “new normal?” How can we gain momentum – and never stop making progress?
In this presentation Bola talks through some of the personal challenges she has overcome and how she trained her mind to not only get through them, but to take action and come out on top. Bola also provides an in-depth explanation of five essential keys that will help you not only gain momentum in a post-pandemic world but keep momentum and thrive.

Bola Otaraki, is a seasoned Professor, Speaker, Trainer, Snr. Portfolio/Program/Project Manager; Management Consultant and Chemical Engineer with over 20 years’ experience directing successful high-profile, high-risk, high-impact, multi-million-dollar projects concurrently in multiple regions and continents for global organisations in the Banking/Financial services, Public sector and Telecommunications sectors, focusing on Infrastructure and Application development projects both locally and internationally.
She has won awards for her Project Management work and was inducted into the Black Canadian Women Wall of Role Models in 2016.
Bola is a thought leader in Leadership; inspiring, motivating, mentoring and coaching as a Certified John Maxwell Mentor and a graduate of the prestigious Project Management Institute Leadership Institute Master Class (PMI LIMC).
Bola impacts her community positively by volunteering and advocating for innovation and positive change; constantly leaving a lasting legacy.
Bola is the mother of two beautiful girls and has gone through multiple challenges such as coming to Canada from her home country over 15 years ago, alone and heavily pregnant. Bola has also faced personal loss of a loved one and economic hardships as well as multiple career changes. She has a ready smile, a positive attitude and the ability to light up a room with her presence.
She speaks at different events and will share compelling insights and recommendations.
