Abstract:
You will learn how to create new Agile projects or apply Agile views to your existing waterfall projects. We will show you how to track your projects using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, including viewing task boards, creating backlogs, and tracking sprints, as well as viewing reports based on agile statistics. We will explore the new Agile capabilities in the Microsoft® Project Online Desktop Client to manage sprints and Kanban boards.
