Dr. Kaali Dass is a leader with over 25 years of experience in information technology and project management, specializing in the delivery of complex, cross-functional, and global software initiatives across a variety of industries.

He currently serves as a Consulting Sr. Technical Program Manager at First Citizens Bank in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he leads strategic technology initiatives. Dr. Dass has been actively engaged with the North Carolina Chapter of the Project Management Institute (NCPMI) for more than a decade, held multiple leadership positions, including Director of IT (Security and Digital Transformation) and Vice President of Technology and Communications.

Dr. Dass has taught project management at Strayer University and currently serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Southern California.

He holds advanced degrees including a Ph.D. in IT Management and an MBA in Finance, along with multiple industry certifications in project management and IT security. He has presented on project management and governance topics at events hosted by PMI, NCPMI, ISACA, and ASQ NC Chapter, and has contributed written content to professional forums.

His areas of expertise include technical project management, portfolio management, strategic planning, agile coaching, cybersecurity, data analytics, governance, and regulatory compliance.
