Orieji Iroha-Agwu is an accomplished Human Resources leader and professional, with over 15 years of experience in Learning and Development. She currently serves as the Director of Career Development Strategy and Programs on the People team at Red Hat, where she is responsible for defining the strategic direction of careers and leading a team of talented professionals to design, develop, and implement career programs and solutions that promote equitable career growth opportunities.

Prior to joining Red Hat, Orieji led the Americas Learning Delivery and Global Learning Delivery teams in Red Hat University, Red Hat’s Enterprise Learning and Development organization. She also had a 13-year career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC), where she led the implementation of large, complex, enterprise learning and development initiatives. She also implemented solutions to support career development and build organizational capabilities, including partnering with the Project Management Office to implement an enterprise Project Management Development program.

Orieji is passionate about capability building, inspiring others to amplify their talents, developing the next generation of leaders and enabling individuals and organizations to unlock their potential to achieve peak performance.
