Virtual Meeting

COVID changed the landscape of work forever and even as we look forward to things going back to normal. The new normal will look different from the old normal. Fortunately, organizations that had built agile capacity had better success in adapting to rapid changes. And we are lucky that many brilliant people from diverse backgrounds were trying to solve for transitioning from physical or hybrid to 100% virtual. There are a lot of solutions out there, from online whiteboard tools, collaboration, team building. It's hard to tell what works and what doesn't. This session is about sharing what works from experience while having a taste test of how to make it work for your own reality. Whether you've embraced agile methodologies or looking to get an edge in your circumstance, you'll walk away with a pragmatic approach to addressing team work in a virtual environment.
