Speech abstract - Positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude that focuses on the bright side of life and expects positive results. A person with a positive thinking mentality anticipates happiness, health, and success, and believes that they can overcome any obstacle and difficulty. Wanda believes that a positive approach to any challenge helps people to work through difficulties and gain a deeper satisfaction with the outcomes, thus leading people to more fulfilling lives and relationships.

Learning objectives: During this workshop, participants will discover the effects of positive and negative thoughts on their: HEALTH, HAPPINESS AND SELF-ESTEEM.  A variety of techniques will be provided to help participants on their path to greater positivity and success across different aspects of their lives.
