By using the Hybrid Project Management (PM) approach and exploring and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), project managers increase productivity, efficiency and project success in their organizations. This session will cover why and how hybrid project management has become the chosen approach for large projects. We will outline the basic concepts of AI, how AI-powered tools can be used to provide insights through analytics, enhance PM capabilities and decision making; and how by combining the strengths of both Hybrid PM and AI, organizational performance can greatly improve.
