Abstract:  

All of us are faced with solving complex, open-ended problems that don't have a "correct" technical solution.  In concert, many of us have new ideas that we want to turn into reality to support your organization.

We often face unsolved problems that have lots of unknowns in stakeholder experience. Those unsolved problems span across different functional areas which are not always coordinated.

By implementing design thinking techniques you can learn how to become more creative and think outside the box to solve complex problems.

• Learn how to enhance and improve organizational outcomes as related to innovation.
• Discover how to engage in collective design through small teams and incorporate more strategic innovation
• Practice how to best apply design thinking techniques and when to use it
