Leadership: Q3 Workshop GUEST SPEAKER – The Four Basic Responsibilities of a Leader

Lenovo - RTP

You have worked hard at improving your leadership skills.  More likely than not you have attended training sessions, read books and articles and developed mentoring relationships.  All have been of value.  But do you still feel there must be some basic leadership keys that will help you tie all this learning and experience together?  Perhaps there are some common denominators among all those leadership concepts that you could focus on that would allow you to put them all into a better perspective.

Ron Hewett, an affiliate of Academy Leadership will help you build that foundation during his presentation of, “The Four Basic Responsibilities of a Leader.”  You will learn how some simple concepts you are already aware of fit together into a simple system that you will use effectively every day—all day.  This interactive program helps you to understand the development of the four responsibilities and why you must tend to them if you are to sustain personal, as well as organizational success.  You’ll become a better team-mate as well as leader.  You will feel more at ease and comfortable in all aspects of your daily challenges as you work with other colleagues to accomplish tasks together.  Your outlook will be more refreshed.

Over the past 20+ years Ron has provided leadership training for a variety of professionals at all levels.  The most common reaction is, “I wish I had had these discussions years ago.” Well, it’s never too late.  Join us for an enjoyable and fulfilling experience that will pay more and more dividends from here on in your personal and professional life.
