The purpose of this month’s PMO Community of Practice discussion is to solicit different perspectives from local members of the PMI community that have experience leading and/or working with their organization’s PMO. The discussion will focus on topics that are relevant to the “State of the Enterprise PMO”. These topics include:
  • Overall maturity, goals and challenges of the PMO
  • Sponsorship and strategic alignment of the PMO
  • Impact of technologies and tools on the PMO projects and processes
  • Methodologies leveraged, including the current role of Agile in the organization
  • Workforce development
