This is a NCPMI Communication & Public Speaking CoP- NCPL Toastmasters Club Meeting.

The Meeting includes prepared speech, table topics, networking, evaluations, jokes and multiple meeting operations roles.

This statement is a powerful reminder and challenge for leaders to learn and evolve in order to remain relevant and effective.

In this presentation the speaker will examine and address key techniques to demonstrate leading and learning from the HEART. HEART stands for:

  • Helping

  • Everyone

  • Achieve

  • Results

  • Together

Leading and learning from the HEART is about achieving as a team.
