Higher Education CoP - One Page Project Manager

Investigators and administrative leaders do not have the time to read long reports and analyze complex activities over lengthy timelines.  They want to know the answer to a few basic questions:  What is the status of our project today? When will we complete it? What risks need to be managed to complete the project successfully and what do you need from me? This webinar will show you how to provide this information in one sheet.  Using techniques described in the One-Page Project Manager series of books, and a single workbook, you will be able to plan, update and communicate your project progress efficiently and effectively.

The webinar will briefly cover basics of project management while introducing a mind-set, skill set, and tool set in an easy EXCEL format to help you bring your project to successful completion.
