Communications CoP: The Social, Economic and Political World after COVID-19 PassesThis is a NCPMI Communication & Public Speaking CoP- NCPL Toastmasters Club Meeting. Meeting will be convened by Virtual Conference Call Abstract
Our world-view of what is normal is based on the last decade, where we had rising employment, enabling technology, deflation in the cost of goods and services, and supply chains that span the globe. Recently it has included rising authoritarianism, nationalism and division driven by those who seek power. COVID-19 has been the biggest shock to the world since World War II, which most of us did not experience personally. What will be the new social, economic, and political normal after the pervasive threat of COVID-19 is over? This talk will cover some of the major areas of concern and opportunity in the post COVID-19 world.
