Motivational Leadership Reimagined: Energizing and Inspiring Others to Achieve in a world of Remote Work and Social DistancingAbout the Session: Motivation is a catalyst for action, marked with enthusiasm and interest. The mainspring of motivation is the belief that better, more rewarding, and greater achievement is possible. It is that driving force that motivational leaders tap into when they inspire others to perform at their best. Motivational leaders foster a bias for action and connectedness among those on their team or in their organization. Famous motivators include Apple’s founder Steve Jobs, and five-time championship winning NFL coach, Vince Lombardi. And then there’s the rest of us. Perhaps not so famous and feeling not so motivational in our roles as program and project managers, especially in an environment of remote work and social distancing. The good news is, you can renew your own motivation, and bring this knowledge and energy to your project teams and organization. Learning Outcomes
