Communications and Public Speaking: Planning to Succeed

Virtual Meeting

No one plans to fail. They just fail to plan. The failure in planning can
lead to a mindset that success is unattainable or that only a select few
can reach success. Your commitment to reaching success requires your
careful application of 10 simple success planning steps that include
changing your mindset, inspiring hope, writing out the plan, managing
adversity and a few other strategies. Monica will offer practical
milestones on how to plan to succeed. Monica, an accomplished
planner, with more than 20 years of experience, will provide you with
step-by-step insights on planning to succeed. After listening to her
presentation, you will feel empowered to develop a success-focused
plan for your future.

If you have ever struggled to convince stakeholders why they need you or fought to pull different business units together to work towards a common goal, you won’t want to miss this presentation.

Participants will learn the following:

1) How to define, describe and identify key Personal Intelligence dimensions.
2) How to apply Personal Intelligence to a project management framework.
