Your Career Strategy and Understanding the Recruiting Process

Abstract:

Not many job seekers understand the recruiting process and how companies go about hiring. The recruiting process differs if you are applying directly with companies that are hiring for their own open positions as compared to Executive Recruiters or Contingency Recruiters that are recruiting for their clients. Few job seekers understand how to work with an Executive Recruiter, Contingency Recruiter, and/or Corporate Recruiter as an integral part of an effective job strategy.

This presentation focuses on several areas of the recruiting process and helps candidates better understand the big picture when it comes to how companies recruit and hire. After participating in this presentation, you should be a more competitive candidate and you will be better prepared to capture the attention of a potential employer.
