Public Sector COP - Lucidchart & Lucidspark for Project ManagementAbstract: Attendees will receive instruction and a live demonstration of how to use visual collaboration tools, Lucidchart and Lucidspark, for project management work. Using real life examples, we will cover the fundamentals of how to use the products, help you collaborate better, work quicker with templates, and communicate more effectively in a remote world. About the speaker: Adam Tidwell is a Senior Program Manager for Lucid Software. He teaches Project Management, has served in volunteer positions with the Project Management Institute’s Northern Utah Chapter, including President. He is also a member of PMI’s 2020 Leadership Institute Master Class. He enjoys working with project managers to develop their skills and to refine the profession. Adam has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Computer and Information Systems. He is a certified Project Managment Professional, Portfolio Managemenet Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, and a Prosci Change Management Trainer.
