I don’t see AI replacing project managers; instead, it’s a tool for innovation. Just as Netflix revolutionized entertainment while Blockbuster clung to the past, project managers today have the chance to embrace AI and avoid obsolescence. AI helps automate tasks, streamline coding, and create more efficient workflows, freeing project managers to focus on strategic leadership and team empowerment. With AI, we can spend less time on syntax and more time on fostering creativity and innovation within our teams. AI may be a conundrum, but it’s one that, when embraced, can elevate our roles and drive meaningful progress.
