Betsy will facilitate a type of “lean coffee” format run as an open forum where anyone can submit questions as they relate to Agile, Agile Project Management, the role of a PM in an Agile environment, etc. Participants will vote on the questions and topics they want to explore during this session. All answers and discussions will be timeboxed to 7 minutes in order to get through as many as possible. Come prepared with all your “highly caffeinated” questions and be ready to move quickly.
