Job FairThe remote job fair will pair one of three recruiters with a job seeker for 5 - 10 minutes. The time will be carefully monitored so job seekers will need to present their case within that time frame and then the recruiter and the job seeker will determine if a follow up meeting with the recruiter is necessary. We have done this for the past six years and results have been favorable. |
