About the Speaker Chisse Cheung is a Senior Project Manager at Blue Cross NC and a frequent representative at the NCPMI conference. For the past 12 years, Chisse has managed a variety of projects in the PMO and led CEO requested initiatives. She started as a summer intern and gained experience on projects spanning from technical claims systems integration, software upgrades, regulatory mandates, vendor managed services and change management process improvements. She now uses her education in Sales and Marketing and a Masters of Healthcare Administration to drive value and improve member experience in healthcare. |
