Toastmasters are often vexed by the challenge of preparing effective, laser-focused evaluations in a tight timeframe.  Many fall back to project manual guidelines that can help identify evaluation talking points but which do not lend themselves to coherent evaluation speeches.  In this presentation the speaker will share a technique that builds on a consistent framework that allows for both compelling speech structure and meaningful critical insights regardless of speech type and project objectives
