This seemingly simple question forces project managers to consider the impact of their leadership on projects. Project leadership requires a conscious awareness of whether you are “above the line” and the roles played by a project team. If you and your project team are below the line and caught up in the dreaded Drama Triangle, you bear the responsibility to lead the way out of the Drama Triangle to above the line performance.
