Agile CoP Jan 2018: Agile Projects in Non-Software Industries

MetLife - Building 2, Edison I

Traditional phased product development methodologies in all industries, not just IT software, are rapidly being replaced by iterative Agile project approaches. Professional services, marketing, advertising, and engineering organizations are now realizing the benefits of faster product deployment at lower cost, with less rework due to missed requirements that fast-changing markets demand. But the process of becoming Agile is unique to every adopter because of the intricacies of each organization's industry, processes, people and regulations. RAVETREE CEO Davidson Wicker will tell us about the range of journeys to being an Agile organization, and about finding the common characteristics of innovative companies who learn how to truly leverage the full value of Agile methods.
